We typically ship your order within 24-48 hours of receipt.
Monday thru Friday, during business hours.
You have the choice of FED EX Ground, 2Day or Standard Overnight.
International Shipping is currently suspended.
**You must contact us at email@example.com prior to returning your globe.**
Refunds will not be issued without prior approval. ** Our return policy is 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a full refund less shipping, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it. This includes the original packaging in perfect condition.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without prior notification.
Any item not in its original condition or damaged will not be accepted. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase will not be accepted.
If your item arrives damaged, please let us know immediately and send a quick photo if possible. Please save the shipping materials so we can see if it was damaged in shipping. We will replace, free of charge, any globe that arrives damaged or faulty.
Globes Purchased from other Retailers
If you purchased one of our globes from another retailer, please contact them directly.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note: Items from a "free shipping special offer" will incur a $12 restocking fee per item.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping In Winter
Our snow globes contain anti-freeze.
However no amount of anti-freeze can protect against prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures.
During extremely cold weather we might delay shipping.
We will alert you to any shipping delays.
We also suggest if you are expecting a delivery please watch for your shipment, so the globe is not unduly exposed to the cold or snow.
We can not be responsible if these suggestions are not followed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
