Shipping policy
We typically ship your order within 24-48 hours of receipt Monday through Friday. We ship FedEx Home Delivery or Ground Service. We can not ship to PO boxes. If you have any questions about our shipping policy please contact us.
Shipping times
Globes are shipped from the Los Angeles area. Orders typically ship on the day we receive the order and take between 2-7 days depending upon the shipping option chosen. There is no shipping on weekends or holidays.
Packaging
Each CoolSnowGlobe arrives in a beautiful presentation gift box completely lined with protective cushioning.
International shipping
For information on International shipping please contact us. Be advised that you will be charged duty and taxes by the carrier prior to receiving your globe.
Travel
As regulated by the FAA, anything over 3.4 fluid ounces is NOT able to be packed within carry on luggage and MUST be checked. Currently the only globe size that meets carry on luggage criteria is a single mini snow globe. (44mm - 1.6 fl oz)
