Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with no damages, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

We can only accept returns for orders placed directly on our website.

To start a return, you can contact us. Please be sure to include your name, order number, and reference photos of the globe in its packaging. 

Please contact us BEFORE shipping your return to get approval and the ship to address. Returns sent without prior approval will NOT be refunded. 

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the address for where to ship your package to. 
  • Please note that we do not cover the initial and return shipping costs. 
  • Please also note that there is a $15 restocking fee (per item) for all returns. 
  • The restocking fee and shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate and resolve the issue.
