Care of Globes
Keep your globe out of direct sunlight. Sunlight shining through the water acts as a magnifier and can cause a fire. Sunlight can also cause the water to discolor. Dust with a soft cloth. Glass cleaner is fine on the globe.
CoolSnowGlobes are made of glass and are not toys for children.
The liquid in the globes is purified water with glycol added to prevent freezing. Anti-bacterial is also added to keep the liquid clear. While the liquid in the globe is safe for humans externally, it should not be ingested!

Globe Sizes
Shipping
We typically ship your order within 24-48 hours of receipt Monday through Friday. We offer the shipping options of FedEx Ground Home Delivery and FedEx Express Saver. We can not ship to PO boxes. If you have any questions about our shipping policy please contact us.
Shipping times
Globes are shipped from the Los Angeles area. Orders typically ship on the day we receive the order and take between 2-7 days depending upon the shipping option chosen.
Packaging
Each CoolSnowGlobe arrives in a beautiful presentation gift box completely lined with protective cushioning.
International shipping
For information on shipping to Canada please contact us. Be advised that you will be charged duty by the carrier prior to receiving your globe.
At this time all other international shipping is currently suspended for retail purchases.
Travel
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with no damages, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We can only accept returns for orders placed directly on our website.
To start a return, you can contact us at chill@coolsnowglobes.com. Please be sure to include your name, order number, and reference photos of the globe in its packaging.
Please contact us BEFORE shipping your return to get approval and the ship to address. Returns sent without prior approval will NOT be refunded.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the address for where to ship your package to.

Please note that we do not cover the initial and return shipping costs.

Please also note that there is a $15 restocking fee (per item) for all returns.
