At least one company has pirated our snow globes and a few others have infringed on our copyrights by using substantially similar designs. Several companies have infringed on our square base, trading on the good will that we established in our trademarked base through our exclusive use of it over the years. CoolSnowGlobes protects its intellectual property in the United States and abroad. We will not stand by while our intellectual property rights are being violated.
