Care of Globes
Keep your globe out of direct sunlight. Sunlight shining through the water acts as a magnifier and can cause a fire. Sunlight can also cause the water to discolor. Dust with a soft cloth. Glass cleaner is fine on the globe.
CoolSnowGlobes are made of glass and are not toys for children.
The liquid in the globes is purified water with glycol added to prevent freezing. Anti-bacterial is also added to keep the liquid clear. While the liquid in the globe is safe for humans externally, it should not be ingested!

Every CoolSnowGlobe is beautifully gift boxed, ready for giving. Our boxes are completely cushioned for protection in shipping.
We typically ship your order within 24-48 hours of receipt Monday thru Friday. We offer the shipping options of FedEx Ground Home Delivery, FedEx Express Saver and FedEx 2Day. If you have any questions about our shipping policy please contact us.
Globes are shipped from the Los Angeles area. Orders typically ship on the day we receive the order and take between 2-7 days depending upon the shipping option chosen.
Each CoolSnowGlobe arrives in a beautiful presentation gift box completely lined with protective cushioning.
For shipments to Canada, please be advised you will be charged duty by the carrier prior to receiving your globe. For more information please contact us.
At this time all other international shipping is currently suspended for retail purchases.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, undamaged gift box packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- There is a $15 restocking fee on all returned items.
- All Sale items are final sale.
- Do not send your purchase back to CoolSnowGlobes without prior approval.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation and the amount of refund if applicable.
- Refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you do not receive your refund, please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace or exchange items if they are defective or damaged.If your globe needs to be replaced for the above reason, please contact us immediately. Photographs may be requested.
We cannot exchange or refund snow globes received as a gift without proof of recent purchase.
Shipping a return
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. The restocking fee and the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please contact us before shipping your return to make arrangements and get approval. Returns sent without prior approval will NOT be refunded.
Once approved, we will notify you of the return ship address.
